Join the Doylestown Photo Club for an after-hours tour and photography of the National Museum of Industrial
History. Members will leave the museum around 8:30. Members who wish can move outside to photograph
Steel Stacks at night.
The NIMH is affiliated with the Smithsonian. It is located in the former electric repair shop of
Bethlehem Steel on the Steel Stacks campus. Visitors to the NMIH explore America’s industrial
past by viewing over 200 machines and other artifacts that tell the stories of the iron, steel
and textiles manufacturing in the 19th and early 20th centuries. We will see machines, large and
small, many are brilliantly painted in the style of a by-gone era.
In addition, to the permanent exhibit the NMIH will feature an exhibit of “50s, 60s, and 70s” appliances.
The price of admission will depend on the number of attendees in our group.
