Doylestown Art Walk Event
Register as soon as possible but not later than April 30th, 2026. No exceptions.
**UPDATE 4/28/2026 **
Members will have the opportunity to exhibit their images at the Penn Medicine Doylestown Health’s (formerly Doylestown Hospital) locally famous “Doylestown ArtWalk”. The entire walkway will be assigned to our club with approx160 hooks available to hold our images.
PLEASE READ THE RULES:
Currently you may bring up to 7 images to hang at the exhibit. If you do not plan to bring 7 images, please contact Jean to let her know.
You may submit one or two images as large as 16 x 20 overall incl. frame. The other pieces must be smaller.
Images must be framed and ready to wire hang.
You must fill out the Doylestown Hospital Artwork Loan Agreement and bring it with you. The document will be emailed to you after registration closes.
You must include a 3 x 5 white card or label on the back of each framed image with your name, email, the title and the price of the piece. This is so the event’s coordinator at the hospital can create labels for your work and place all of your pieces in the same area.
You may bring a business card or create your own QR code (leading to where you have your images online) so that anyone inquiring about one of your photos knows how to contact you. The club will not handle that for members due to legal issues.
Drop off is the 27th of May between 9 and 11 AM. Pick up will be the 25th of August between 9 and 11 AM

Can you provide guidance on suggested print sizes, framing, etc?
Please disregard my previous comment. I see the suggestions for prints in the description.
I was wondering if the Loan Agreement form has been sent to those registered for this event. I have not received one if it has.
Thanks.

As of today, I only have five pieces. Two are 16×20 and the other pieces are 11×14. I forgot about the only two 16×20. So, recently, I had three good photographs made up by New York Camera. I sized them to fit and they look fabulous.
